B&G

B+G Schweiz Gruppe brings together several of Switzerland's leading garden and landscape construction companies. We designed the website that carries their brands, shown here through &Egger, one of the group's companies for garden and landscape work and sports grounds.

Structure

A homepage built around warm, lived-in photography rather than product shots: people around a garden table, not an empty lawn. From there the site splits into the group's two specialities, garden and landscape construction and sports grounds, each broken down by client type, private, business and public sector. Team members appear by name and specialism throughout, with their own portraits and quotes, so the size of the group does not read as anonymous.

Sub-pages

Deeper pages, like planning and consultation for private clients, follow the same system: a short brief, an illustrated concept, real project photography and a clear next step. The careers section gets the same warmth as the client-facing pages, on the premise that the people doing the work are as much the brand as the gardens they build.
